THE CHALLENGE.

CREATE A DIGITAL COMMUNICATION STRATEGY THAT SHOWS WHO WE ARE, WHAT WE DO AND HOW WE CAN HELP.

We begin with an analysis of the audience, their behavior and consumption in digital media. We develop a Strategy with different actions to introduce ourselves, provide information and generate contacts.

To do this, we redesigned the Corporate Website by improving its navigation, updating content and images. We create digital campaigns on Google and Facebook. We developed landing pages to attract users and we gave WhatsApp a key use in the Strategy to contact and do follow ups effectively.

The Digital Strategy was replicated to different countries in Central and South America. One of the great virtues of the project is that it’s easy scalability and adaptation according to the geographical location, audience and regional content.

The architecture of how to show, approach and communicate in Digital was a success.

BIG RESULTS.

From the beginning, the key performance indicators that will guide us in optimizing and reporting the results of each tactic undertaken were established.
